Possible Lincolnshire fly in ??
« on: January 23, 2012, 09:55:01 PM »

Guys,

I have a club that basically has no issues with FPV or what insurance you have be it FPV or BMFA.

Now I have permission for a flyin small say 10/12 people.

The site itself:

http://www.eaglercheli-club.co.uk/outdoor.html

and location is here but the red marker is wrong its about a hundred yards to the left in the bigger field and its huge.

http://www.eaglercheli-club.co.uk/Based.html

click satellite to see whats around the area.

would anyone be interested and to make sure the heli flyers are not around i'd probably host it on a helicopter comp weekend so they've all buggered off :)

From Newark the A1 its about 15mins, A46 is also close by and even A15/A17 not far away

anyone interested is the question ??

Yes which if those dates I can make as well. Working every other weekend tends to mean I miss most flyins or even the NaTs   :( :(

This will be in the summerish fly in to avoid the naff weather and as I said in post I will pick a weekend when all the heli flyers should be away so we get total freedom of the site!

this is not to compete with any other flyin just another one for people to come to with a diffrent place to have a fly.

Sounds good to me. I'll let you know the dates I am home in summer and hopefully fit it around that if possible. Will be good to fly somewhere different.

Oh well maybe next time. :(

Don't worry about it Mark. This job means I miss out on quite a lot of events back home, I'm sort of getting used to it.
The next time i'm back will be September / October ish so get it organized and make sure you get some good footage and pictures.
Maybe I can do an article on my website about it.
BTW I've done a lot of updates on my website if you want to have a look.

I feel you pain Chris, I work in the holiday industry and miss out on most things as people usually hold events on weekends and Bank Holidays... My busiest times.

Im up for anything in Lincolnshire if it fits in with work too
